Scope: On-going consultant to the project team covering:
• Auditing the experience of visiting the fairs
• Analysing the ticketing and sales experience
• Website evaluation of multiple sites
• Input into design, layout and graphics
• Consulting on how to communicate commissioned projects, events and activities to visitors
