Scope: Major review of audiences, leading to an Audience Development Strategy:

• Identifying current and potential audiences
• Developing audience insight, including full Knowledge Audit and Audience Profiles
• Defining core and target audiences
• Mentoring staff in audience development
• Identifying gaps in audience knowledge and devising a suitable visitor research plan
• Supporting the production of an Audience Development Strategy, linked to HLF funding applications
