Audited the visitor experience on-site and looked at the journey through all rooms and different floors from the visitor perspective.

Used this to highlight improvements to layout, displays, interpretation and wayfinding, as well as quick, easy changes to museum entrance, foyer, queueing and ticketing.

Identified ways of giving a range of audiences a more attractive offer in a phased approach linked to available resources.
