Reviewed and improved the visitor experience to three annual major commercial art fairs – Frieze London and Frieze Masters in Regent’s Park, London and Frieze New York.
This included ticketing, reception, flow, wayfinding, website/ sales as well as experience of multiple sites and free outdoor sculpture exhibition for different types of visitors.
Input into design, layout and graphics. Advised on communicating special commissioned projects, events and activities to visitors, on the ground in the fairs and through printed and digital formats.
