This multi-site arts and heritage organisation asked us to help develop their audiences.
We produced a comprehensive Audience Development Plan for several sites in the Lake District, including Blackwell Arts and Craft House and Windermere Jetty Museum.
The work included reviewing current audiences, planning and undertaking visitor research for four sites, market analysis, competitor review and benchmarking.
Using this information, we developed matching visitor offers for a range of audiences including families, schools, local community visitors, non-visitors, tourists and Friends.
We also uncovered ways of increasing income through venue hire, hospitality, events, and new income streams, including quick changes and long-term strategy.
