Warrington Museum

A quick feasibility study of the themes and storylines of this council museum re-development project.

We were brought in by project architects to assess the project rationale while they were developing a National Lottery bid.

Working with the project leader and staff, we reviewed the key aspects of project that matched National Lottery funding requirements, and outlined evidence and the reasoned case that supported the bid.

To strengthen the bid, we developed the best arrangement of the museum space, re-focused the displays, suggested how to make the most of the building and collections and made clear recommendations for future development.

The feasibility study was used to guide further project development.
