Frieze Art Fairs, London and New York

Over several years we improved the visitor experience to three annual major commercial art fairs - Frieze London and Frieze Masters in Regent’s Park, London and Frieze New York.

This included assessing ticketing, reception, flow, wayfinding, website/ sales as well as the visitor experience of multiple sites and a free outdoor sculpture exhibition for different types of visitors.

The work fed into design, layout and graphics. We advised on communicating special commissioned projects, events and activities to visitors - on the ground in the fairs and through printed and digital formats.
