This commercial art gallery was looking to improve the visitor experience of using their website and visiting in person.
A key element was to review the relationship of the gallery to its visitors and clients. Working with the information that they had, we analysed their current audiences and outlined opportunities for future growth as well as how they promoted the brand and the gallery’s artists.
We evaluated what happens to users on their website as well visitors to the venue, signage and the whole visitor journey, giving a much better experience.
Using this analysis, we were able to improve marketing and increase sales at the gallery and on-line.
