West London Heritage Partnership

An Arts Council England resilience project, coaching 11 West London venues in audience development and marketing.

We supported a wide range of venues that had specific resilience needs, exploring long-term vision as well as practical opportunities on-site.

For the project evaluation, we reviewed the project with each venue to uncover successes and lessons learnt and wrote up the case studies for submission to the Arts Council.
